Question 1: How often do you add new products to your Membership Site?

Answer 1: In an effort to keep our Membership Site as valuable as possible, we try to add new products to each paid membership level at least once per week. However, due to things beyond anyone's control this isn't always possible.

Question 2: Why do you manually approve memberships?

Answer 2: In a nutshell, security. As anyone who has ever run a membership site in the past knows, it is all to common to have someone sign up for a paid membership, gain access to the site and cancel their order before the site owner receives payment.

Question 3: How long will I have to wait for my membership to be approved?

Answer 3: Usually no more than 2 hours. We check our notifications on a regular basis. However, the unforeseen may happen (web server offline, natural disaster, etc.) in which case we will attempt to approve your account within 24 hours maximum.

Question 4: Why do you have a strict no refund policy?

Answer 4: Again, security. Doing business on the internet is risky at best. Internet fraud and internet piracy are rampant. Without our strict no refund policy it would be far too easy for someone to purchase the highest level membership we offer, download everything the site makes avaible and cancel their membership within a couple of days. Such actions devalue the products made available on the site and devalues the site itself.
