Webmaster's Must Have Tools Anti-Spam Policy

By subscribing to Webmaster's Must Have Tools Email Marketing Services (hereinafter referred to as "autoresponders, autoresponder and / or autoresponder service"), the Customer agrees to accept emails from one or more of our Autoresponders in compliance with the Webmaster's Must Have Tools Anti-Spam Policy stated below. The use of any of Webmaster's Must Have Tools sites is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Earnings Agreement, Disclaimer and Terms of Service.

Webmaster's Must Have Tools follows a zero tolerance spam policy and will never send unsolicited emails in any form. Webmaster's Must Have Tools participates in permission-based email marketing. By submitting a capture form to Webmaster's Must Have Tools or by signing up to any of Webmaster's Must Have Tools email lists, the customer agrees to accept emails from one of any number autoresponder services Webmaster's Must Have Tools may use.

1. What Is Spam?
Spam, also known as junk mail, is an unsolicited email message. The term 'spamming' refers to transmitting, distributing or delivering any unwanted e-mail correspondence, especially in mass quantities, thru the electronic means of communication.

2. Verification
Subscribers can be added to any number of autoreponder services that Webmaster's Must Have Tools uses by filling out a capture form on any of Webmaster's Must Have Tools websites or sales pages. Webmaster's Must Have Tools will not send messages to any person that has not expressed their consent to receive such information from us.

Webmaster's Must Have Tools will send a new subscriber a message confirming their interest in receiving information from us.

3. Webmaster's Must Have Tools will never rent, lease and/or sell email addresses to any third party. Webmaster's Must Have Tools never gathers email addresses through surreptitious methods, such as scraping or harvesting, the use of any kinds of automated solutions, software or scripts. Webmaster's Must Have Tools may store email addresses and send electronic information only to those recipients who have expressly agreed to receive such information.

4. Content of Messages
Webmaster's Must Have Tools will provide true and accurate information to be used in email headers, i.e. "From" and "To" data will clearly identify the sender. The subject line will not be deceptive, and thus mislead the subscriber about the purpose and content of the message.

5. Postal Address
Webmaster's Must Have Tools provides true and accurate postal address that will be included in each message footer.

6. Removals
Each message sent from a autoresponder account used by Webmaster's Must Have Tools contains unsubscribe information. Webmaster's Must Have Tools updates the mailing lists to ensure that a subscriber that has opted out will not be sent any further mailings.

7. Agreement Violations
Webmaster's Must Have Tools will not use a Autoresponder Service to send any unsolicited email correspondence. By submitting a capture form from any of Webmaster's Must Have Tools sites or sales pages and verifying the customer's email address, the customer is soliciting email correspondence.

Webmaster's Must Have Tools reserves the right to discontinue any mailing list subscriber and / or any mailing list at any time without any prior notification.

Webmaster's Must Have Tools reserves the right to seek legal action against any person or persons that report any mailing that the customer has agreed to receive as spam. Webmaster's Must Have Tools reserves the right to seek monitory damages of up to $12,000 per day for any interruption of the site's service against any entity erroneously filing spam complaints. The customer is obligated to opt-out of any mailing list or lists that you, the customer have subscribed to.
